***We Do Charge A $85/175.00 Service Fee, And Depending Upon The Location / Nature Of The Job, A Two Hour Minimum @ $155/185.00/Hour For Any, And All Service Calls, OR Estimates That We Are Asked To Come Out On. Please Be Aware That You Will Be Charged This At Bare Minimum. We Do This To place You On Our Schedule, And Guarantee That We Can Put 2 Hours Towards Focusing On Your Issues, And Offering You Our Full Attention. If You Can Not Provide Payment, Do Not Schedule A Service.

***You Will Be Required To Sign, And Provide Your Info On Our Waver, And Guarantee Of Payment Agreement Before We Start On Your Unit, Or Provide You With Any Advice.

***We use work orders, everybody has to sign one before we start work, or take a deposit. We only do work outlined on the work order by the customer, So please be specific when outlining work, if additional work is requested, or needed, we will have to have a hand signed amendment/ approval form from the customer, before said work can, and or will be completed. If an amendment is never signed, any additional work will either not be done, or removed before the unit is turned back over to the customer. In the case that work is added in the middle of a project, and it requires us to dis assemble a unit again, after custom wood work, or finish work has been completed we will have to charge accordingly by the hour to preform said work, or the work will not be done. 

***All Sales Are Final, On Our Products, And Services. Our Products, And Services, Are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We Are Sorry For Any Issues This May Cause, But Payments & Sales Made, Are Non-Refundable , Due To The Costs We Take On To Provide You With Services, Or Products.

***Deposits Are Required To Get On Our Service Schedule, And Order Parts, Any Appointment Cancelations Will Not Be Refunded, But Can Be Rescheduled.

***When Doing Exterior Seal Jobs On RV's, We Use Clear, Black, Or White Silicone.  Depending Upon The Positioning & Composite makeup of your unit, We Will Used Different techniques. Either a Smooth Lap, Or a Pillow Lap. 

- Smooth laps, are wiped silicone for non expanding joints, or overlays. these are small and clean looking. If placed on a joint that will have a large thermal displacement. they will tear away within one season quickly.

- Pillow Laps, We put big thick pillow laps on areas, or RV's that will have a large thermal expansion rate, and will move around more such as wood frame aluminum sided units that move while traveling. These arrant as pretty wut will keep that units water proof when stored outside. (If You do not like the appearance of our pillow laps, we have no other options, we will not put this smooth laps on these joints as we know they will fail over time. 

We DO attempt to use the color of silicone that matches your unit best, if you would like to specify a color please do so on the work order. Some colors may discolor overtime, we do our best to match these.

***Wood Rot Repair, No Matter if it's a slide floor, sub floor, or a roof decking rot repair, We offer NO warranty, and NO guarantee on these wood rot repairs PERIOD. Our repairs do NOT always function as a factory component, and may drag, scrape, or fit funny with movement. The only way to get a factory perfect fit, or use, is to have a factory trailer, with no wood rot. We WILL NOT Guarantee, Or Warranty wood work no matter what. 

***Seal Jobs, Windows, Sky Lights, And Roof Seals, Due To The Nature Of RV's, And Camper Trailers Flexing While Traveling Down The Road, And Being Used, As Well As Other Acts Of God, And Nature, We DO NOT Warranty Or Guarantee Any Term Of Sealant Life, Or Water Proofing Of Anything That We Seal. Sealant Water Proofing May Last A Month, Or May Last 10 Years, Depending Upon Use, Trailer Flex, UV Exposure, And Many Other Factors. If We Have To Add Fasteners To Your Unit, Windows, Skylights, And Other Glass, Or Plexi Units, We DO NOT Guarantee That They Will Not Crack, Or Dis-Form, Causing A Leak In The Future, Or Even Wood Rot. 

***We Do NOT Offer ANY Form Of Warranty, Or Guarantee On ANY Services Or Products Provided By, Or Done By Us, Period.
***We Will Remove Any, And All Parts If A Parts Deposit Paid, Is Cancelled. Not Only Will This Happen. We Will Place A Mechanics Lean On Your Unit, And Keep It. We Will Report This To The local Police Department, And In Georgia, It Is illegal Todo.
